Christmas 2013

It is kind of wild to think that two years ago we celebrated Christmas as a family of 5 and now we are a family of 7.  We feel so completely blessed and wouldn't have it any other way.  Once again we were lucky and celebrated two Christmas mornings - who doesn't love a little extra magic.   I failed on camera duty and only took a few pictures over both days.  Since I didn't have a lot to choose from, these may not be the shots best but at least we have something to document the fun.

Someone asked why Tim was wearing sunglasses,
He was showing off his gift.

Luke figured out how much fun it was to open presents.
Ruby didn't share Luke's enthusiasm.
My poor mom just wanted one photo
Of the kids in their new jammies.
They weren't exactly cooperative.
Don't worry, he wasn't the babysitter,
This was in a room full of people.
Christmas day can be rough on a parent.
Day two of Christmas festivities.
Our bigger ones are more interested in sleeping than early presents,
We opened a few presents then took a break for breakfast.
Erika got him a ball, I think his favorite gift.
Tim looks totally normal in his new winter gear.
I think we hit the mark with Erika's new beanie.
And Tim's shoes.

After a little treasure hunt, Brycen found his special surprise,
I missed a shot of his face, but
He was seriously excited about his new pottery wheel.
Sisters

I guess if you are going to have "old man" pajamas
They should be unbuttoned to your belly button.
