Hydration?

I guess everyone has their own version of hydration. I passed an old man riding a bike this morning. In the water bottle holder he had a 7-11 Styrofoam cup of coffee. It made me smile. Whatever keeps you going buddy. Ride on.

Happy Birthday Tim & Ada

Ada thinks that it is so cool tht she gets to share a birthday with Tim. She turned 5 and he turned 25. We celebrated with brownies (her choice) and homemade peach and strawberry ice cream (his choice). It was the second birthday I've celebrated with Tim. I am so blessed by his life and the way he shares it with me. I've been celebrating with Ada since the beginning and loving every minute of it.

No special day for this little man, I just had to show how cute he is.

People Are Crazy

http://http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqrogegV1lw

This is my new favorite song, and I'm not sure that I can verbalize why. The chorus is so ridiculous, "God is Great, Beer is Good, People are Crazy". It is the epitome of cheesy country music, but somehow it just works and makes me smile.

Apparently Currington was on David Letterman a few nights ago. The review surprised me and I had to watch the clip to try to determine if Letterman was being serious. I'm still not sure, let me know what you think.

"It takes David Letterman a full three minutes to introduce Billy Currington. That's how much praise he has for Currington's latest hit, "People Are Crazy." In fact, Letterman is downright gushing like some kind of uber-fan, comparing the artistry of the tune to Michelangelo's "David" and predicting that people will one day be getting tattoos of the song's lyrics on their bodies. He says the song is absolute perfection and embodies everything you think about in life. But the best part of his sermon is when he says, "If I were the people running country music, I would shut it down right now. You're not gonna do any better." After Currington's fantastic performance, which was enhanced with a small gospel choir in the backing band, Letterman comes back out to say, "Oh my God. That's all you need to know. God is great. Beer is good. People are crazy. My hero, Billy Currington.""

Blog Help

I am making progress but still have significant difficulties when it comes to technology. Can someone please tell me how to post something from youtube on my blog. It's embarassing to admit that I can't figure it out on my own. Too bad I don't have a 5 year old near by, I'm sure they could figure it out.

Boating - Part Deux

My brain and my body are tired, I have no good commentary.
I'm not sure what a tired body has to do with it, just thought I would throw it in.
Other than som minor sunburns, we had an amazing time.
I'm only willing to ride the tube with little kids, I get to scared.
Tim and the big kids had a great time, flying and bouncing.
It was an amazing day to see my mom out on the tube. Brave woman.
The kids have so much fun playing together.
Of course, I love all the babies.
Ooo baby, what a captain!

Pioneer Day

Was July 24th really that long ago? The only activity we got photos of was the parade. Boo hoo for no photos of Chuckarama slurpees, the afternoon naps (not the kids, they were having too much fun playing and watching movies), and the Spanish Fork fireworks.

For more photos and better commentary, Jennas blog is great. Oh wait, I forgot her blog is private. If you know her, check it out.
