I love this quote because it completely captures the magical relationship that Luke and Ruby have with their cousins. We are lucky to have so many live close by...when the others come to visit it just adds to the fun and memories. Craig and crew came for a week in July and we loved having them here.
The kids all had a great time at grandmas.
And then moved the party to Provo.
We hosted a mid-week dinner at our house.
And let the kids run wild...
While Craig was working, Tim and I took the four littles down to Utah Lake for an afternoon of kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. Tim and I mostly just sat and watched while the kids took over the beach and the bay. By the time we made it home they were all exhausted, but somehow found the energy for a movie and pizza. Everyone slept over so I'm not sure that the party ever really ended, but isn't that the point of summers with cousins?
