April Miscellaneous 2019

April has been busy, and fun, and busy.  Sometimes it is nice just to slow down, and take a minute to remember all of the fun that we have had together.

Oh how Ruby loves this little Miss Clucks A Lot...She was a gift from Grandpa and Grandma for Easter and the kids have loved listening to her sing and lay her colorful eggs.

It tells you how cute the puppies are when even Grandma loves to snuggle.

And of course Ruby adores the pups

When the trees look like this, you have to stop and get a picture.

Luke and his class have been practicing their first grade program for months and Luke has loved singing the Disney songs they have learned.  He was so excited when it was finally time for the big performance and of course, we absolutely loved watching him shine.

Grandpa and Grandma Whitesides are always so kind to invite us to Park City.  We love the pools, the hot tubs, and of course, Sunny and the kids club.  It was a quick trip, but still so fun.

We all discovered a love for shuffleboard

The kids have been so lucky to have Katelyn in their lives.  I love that she still makes an effort to see and support them.  We were all thrilled to have her spend a Saturday morning with us at both Luke and Ruby's soccer games.

Ruby lost her second tooth on Easter - doubly exciting

Slimed!

Celebrating my own birthday is not my favorite, but the kids were just so excited that I had to let them make a big deal.  We celebrated before work, after work, and on Sunday in Santaquin.

Tim found me the most delicious gluten free birthday cake

We had plenty of soccer throughout the month.  Tim was the coach for Luke's team and did such a great job with the boys.  Unfortunately, most of Luke and Ruby's games overlapped, so we had to divide and conquer.  I really missed seeing Luke play more, but was happy to go to a few games.

Ruby had such a great coach and team this year.  She had so much fun and really learned and improved so much.  We were both a little sad to see this season end.

Tim and Byrcen had a great time exploring the mountain trails

First hike to the hot pots this season
